This place is a breath of fresh air. Anisha is warm and present and made me feel heard. I have left with the haircut of my dreams. The staff genuinely care about making you feel good. After so many rushed and “it’ll do” haircuts elsewhere, I was starting to lose faith. I live in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, and I’m yet to find anywhere as good as this. It is worth the travel. A beautiful building where it's easy to park. Service is always top notch and I like knowing that the staff are all well trained and clued up with new new trends and techniques. I always find it hard knowing what I actually want to I was pleased they were able to make suggestions tailored to my hair and daily needs. Highly recommend. It's not just about a haircut: the whole experience was relaxing and I left feeling great.

Demi and Wendy! What can I say you made my wedding morning so beautiful, it was such a honour to have you both do my bridal hair and all my bridesmaids. You both went above and beyond working so hard from early morning, helping with the small details made it extremely personal. Thank you both for the amazing bridal morning experience and for being super relaxed. ♥️ Amy thank you for doing my bridal nail set they were perfect just like my trial nails and always last such a long time, even after lots of wedding prep. I have been a customer at Re:New for many years and without hesitation recommend this salon. Today, was the first time where my appointment was cancelled, which I was gutted about. To me visiting this salon is more than having a haircut, it's a relaxing and therapeutic experience. From the wonderful head massage whilst getting a shampoo to sipping the complimentary barista quality coffee - it's just bliss. Thankfully, I was still able to have an appointment for a wash and blow dry, which provided me with my much needed dose of serenity. Furthermore I love seeing the progression of each of the hairdressers, especially the apprentices, whose management fully invest in their training - I always find it amazing just how much their confidence has grown from the last time I visited. Thank you to Ellie for a wonderful blow dry today - you have done an amazing job 🥰

I have regular facials with Amy at renew, and belong to their skincare club. The products used are excellent, the salon is relaxing, you are made to feel welcome and the level of service is exceptional. Amy is amazing as always, she listens to any skin concerns and will always bespoke the treatment to suit. My skin has significantly and visibly improved since starting regular facials.
